About Di
It may sound cheesy but I found myself when I started learning how powerful my own body could be.
My passion is to help people find their power and feel safer, stronger, and ultimately more happy.
Discipline by definition is “an activity that provides mental or physical training” or “to train in a controlled and habitual way". Self care is fitness and I want to help you form a habit of enjoying and prioritizing moving your unique body.
QUICK FACTS-
- I was raised on a farm in Iowa (Stacyville - population 451).
- I have 3 kids and a sweet husband who I frequently torture as my fitness model for workouts.
- I've run 6 half marathons and enjoyed 5 of them.
- I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and experience chronic pain.
- I love to travel but I also love living in Los Angeles.
- I hate beets. (sorry beets)
